Privacy policy

The app

Workout Motivation Meditation does not collect personal data. There is no account or sign-in, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics service inside the app. Its App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.

• Your favourites, playlists, settings and reminder time are stored only on your device.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details; Apple sends us sales totals, not who bought.
• Programs stream from our audio server. Like any web server it receives your IP address to deliver the file; we don't use it to identify or track you. Played programs are saved on your device for offline listening.
• The app downloads a small news file (new programs and offers) from the same server. Nothing about you is sent.
• Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS; nothing is sent to us.
• Links to this page, the free guide or email open outside the app, in Safari or Mail.

The free guide form on this page

If you ask for the free guide we store your email address, your first name if you give it, the date, which page you used and the consent you ticked. We use them to send the guide and occasional emails with tips, new programs and offers. The list is held with our database provider (Supabase) and emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). We never sell or rent your details. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or writing to support@motivationalhypnotherapy.com, and you can ask us to delete your details.

Children

Our apps and emails are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
