This page has no account or sign-in, no advertising, and no tracking or analytics scripts. The only personal data it collects comes through the free guide form, described below. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address to deliver the page; we don't use it to identify or track you.

The free guide form on this page

If you ask for the free guide we store your email address, your first name, the date, which page you used, and whether you chose to receive emails. We use them to send the guide and, unless you untick the email box or unsubscribe later, occasional emails with tips, new programs and offers. The list is held with our database provider (Supabase) and emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). We never sell or rent your details. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or writing to support@motivationalhypnotherapy.com, and you can ask us to delete your details.

The audiobook

8 Hour Lucid Dreaming Sleep Hypnosis is sold and played through the store or app you choose, under that store's own privacy policy.

Children

This page, the guide and our emails are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
